REGISTRATION FEES
Registration Fees (VAT 22% included) provide access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunches, and the welcome cocktail reception.
Please note that all authors, must complete their registration by April 10, 2026 in order to be included in the scientific program.
Early: until April 20, 2026 (IPIFF members benefit from the extended early bird registration fee until 22 May 2026)

Low-income countries are those classified as “low-income” according to the World Bank country classification. For the complete list of these countries, please refer to the official World Bank list. For the 2026 fiscal year, low-income economies are defined as those with a GNI per capita, calculated using the World Bank Atlas method, of USD 1,135 or less in 2024.
Please note: To be eligible for the Researcher/Industry Low-Income Countries fee, you must be employed in one of the countries listed. Eligibility is based on your place of work, not your country of origin.
Please be advised that non-members who join ASIFF before registering for the congress will not have immediate access to the reduced member rate.
Membership applications must first be processed and the databases updated. This procedure is not automatic and may require up to one business day.
Please note that, in order to qualify for the ASIFF reduced fee, registration for the congress must be completed using the same email address provided during ASIFF membership registration, as email matching is necessary to verify member status.

Registrations are open until capacity is reached.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of registration cancellation, which must be made in writing via email (ifw2026@symposium.it), the following refund conditions will apply:
The Organizing Committee and the Congress Secretariat cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control, such as adverse weather conditions, public disturbances, strikes, or similar events. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
No refunds will be made for late arrivals, unused services, or early departures from the congress.
The final decision regarding refunds rests with the Congress Organizers.
All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the congress.
Liability
Registered participants acknowledge that neither the Organising Committee nor the Congress Secretariat shall be held liable or responsible for any injury to persons or damage to property occurring during the congress. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own health, travel, and personal insurance.
